Do you think we might just be living in some guy's big toe?

I thinks it's amazing how the Hubble telescope discovered more galaxies beyond more galaxies. it's perplexing just how vast the expanse of outter space is and or perceived. What if all this turns out to be we are in the molecular state and located in some diverse location that's a cell feature to a larger creature or object?
