Help, Broken gta iv disk?

I'm not an expert on physically fixing game disc'. I usually just use a disc cleaner and just go from there. If the game is broken beyond repair DO NOT buy it new. Just go on craigslist or ebay. I got my copy for $10. It's a great game but everyone has a copy and chances are you can find a copy really cheap.
